1st recommitment Weigh-in

Just a super quick post to share my weigh-in results. 

I went on my lunch and weighed in at 165. Woo-hoo - that gives me a 2 pound loss in 6 days. I couldn't be happier. 

I'll be back tonight with my goals for the upcoming week.

great job keeping yourself in check for the week! I was looking at your last post about rewards... I'm sort of in the camp of not rewarding pounds. You could reward yourself for reaching other goals: days of exercise, days of getting in your oils and dairy, etc. It's the behaviour that gives you results anyway so if you pay attention to that behaviour then you will see results. And the behaviour is what you can control. You can't control the scale week to week.
