great job keeping yourself in check for the week! I was looking at your last post about rewards... I'm sort of in the camp of not rewarding pounds. You could reward yourself for reaching other goals: days of exercise, days of getting in your oils and dairy, etc. It's the behaviour that gives you results anyway so if you pay attention to that behaviour then you will see results. And the behaviour is what you can control. You can't control the scale week to week.
31 year old living in Ontario. My goal is to go from a size 12 to 6 and "Rock The Dress". I plan on getting there by making healthier choices and moving more. It's all about choices and I choose change.
